Open Farm Day has never been this fun! Want to do more than look at animals in a pen? Join us and the goats as we go about our daily activities. Fun & learning are guaranteed!

RAINY DAY UPDATE: We will have GOAT SNUGGLING in the barn if it's too wet to walk!

Running of the Goats!

Join us for one of our daily rituals, and learn what it’s like to a dairy farmer! Follow along with a big band of goats as we lead them between barn and pasture. Starts at 11:30, 1:30, and 3:30, with farm tour afterwards.

11:30: Out to Pasture: help take our herd of 25 milking does from the barn to the pasture for their grassy lunch

1:30: Kids Play – Join a mob of this years’ kids as they run, prance, skip and jump on a trip to the back field.

3:30: Milking Time – Help guide the milking does as they return from the pasture to the barn.

Goat Genealogy: Make your own adventure!

Pick up one of our Herd Checklists, and have fun tracing some goat genealogy. Start with the adorable goat kids in the barn, and identify some of your favorites. Then match their number to their name, and learn who their parents are. Visit the buck pen to figure out who their Daddy is. Finally enjoy a stroll to the pasture palace in our back field, and see if you can find Mama grazing in the field. Maybe you’ll start to think like a farmer, and make some suggestions who we should breed next year…!
